We are partnering with a large and highly regarded organisation undertaking significant technology transformation and growth. As a result, an opportunity exists for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join a collaborative technology team on an initial 6-month contract.
This role will see you providing high-quality end-user support to employees, customers and business stakeholders across a diverse technology environment.
What you'll be doing
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving technology issues efficiently and effectively;
Deliver both remote and onsite technical support to end users;
Manage incidents, service requests and ticket lifecycle activities through to resolution;
Maintain accurate records, documentation and service desk reporting;
Contribute to service improvements, policies, processes and operational readiness activities;
Support the transition of new systems into operational support environments; and
Work closely with technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.
What we're looking for
2+ years' experience within a Service Desk, Help Desk, Desktop Support or Technology Support role;
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments;
Understanding of IT service management principles including Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management;
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability;
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
Experience working in complex or large-scale environments will be highly regarded; and
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and customer outcomes.
