What is the role?
 
As a Float Legal PA, you will provide high-level support across various teams, stepping in where needed and adding real value across the business.

  • Provide administrative and PA support across multiple practice groups;

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements;

  • Prepare, edit and format legal documents and correspondence;

  • Assist with billing, expenses and end-of-month processes; and

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the firm.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary within a law firm;

  • Ability to adapt quickly and support different teams in a fast-paced environment;

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with legal systems;

  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail; and

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
