Due to an increase in workload, they are seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to join their team.
About the Position
Plan, schedule and coordinate national training programs;
Manage logistics including trainers, venues, materials and participant communication;
Maintain an accurate national training calendar;
Support trainers and participants before, during and after delivery;
Administer documentation, attendance records, competencies and certifications;
Produce training reports and insights for the wider business; and
Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems.
About U
You will thrive in this role if you have:
Strong Training and/or Learning Coordination experience;
Relevant tertiary qualifications;
Exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills;
Confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines;
High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); and
A proactive, customer-focused and solutions-driven mindset.
