Adrian entered the world of recruitment specialising in Accounting and Finance back in 2013 for a global firm, quickly establishing himself as a trusted leader both amongst his colleagues and his market, and progressing from a Graduate Consultant to a Senior Consultant as a result. After five years, he decided to take on a new challenge with us at u&u, leveraging off his success in finance coupled with his strong network and relationships with top tier Business Analyst candidates to build our Sydney IT Project Delivery practice.

Since joining u&u in 2017 Adrian has placed over 300 roles in the IT Delivery and Change space and has been the recipient of a number of internal awards both voted by his peers and off the back of his exceptional performance.
