Alicia is our Senior Associate in Accounting and Finance at u&u. It’s safe to say she’s cool under pressure and that she loves building connections. 

Alicia commenced her recruitment career in 2016 and has recruited across a range of sectors and role types. As Senior Associate, Accounting and Finance, she focuses on the recruitment of key talent in Transactional Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Revenue & Billings, Assistant Accountant, Payroll, Bookkeeper and Accounts Clerks. Alicia’s approach is highly consultative to both candidates and clients and is enhanced by her own industry experience in Accounting, as well as an Advanced Diploma in Accounting.
