Andrea is one of the founding Directors of u&u recruitment partners.  She is passionate about ensuring u&u is a market leader in its field, a trusted partner for clients and candidates and a great place to work for its people.  Overall, her focus is to ensure u&u strives to be ‘its best self’ with candidates, customers and employees.  

Andrea commenced her recruitment career in 2003 with an international recruitment brand where she established their first HR recruitment practice for Queensland.  Over her years with the business she led a range of diverse recruitment practices and was ultimately the National Practice Leader for HR recruitment.  

After u&u joined the Will International group, Andrea moved into a role where she wears two ‘hats’ across both Will International and u&u.  Firstly, at u&u she works closely with the national HR recruitment team to provide support in helping them achieve a best-practice, nationally connected team to provide exceptional service to u&u’s HR clients and candidates.  She also engages her long-standing HR relationships to provide value added services and events to the u&u HR network nationally.   

Secondly, Andrea works with the nine Will International recruitment brands across APAC (ChapmanCG, Ethosbeath Chapman, Quay Appointments, Good Job Creations, OAI, Scientec and Dfp) across a range of projects and initiatives to help the team members and the organisations succeed and thrive.

Andrea has a double degree in Business and Science from Queensland University of Technology and has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management through Central Queensland University.
