As a Senior Associate in Human Resources at u&u Recruitment Partners, Ashleigh brings nearly a decade of recruitment expertise, partnering with commercial and non-profit organisations to recruit mid-to-senior HR generalist positions, as well as specialist roles across Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Employment and Industrial Relations, Change Management, Organisational Development, and HR Analytics.
Ashleigh began her recruitment career in 2016 at a boutique agency, where she worked across a diverse portfolio of corporate services roles. Over the years, she has developed a whole-of-business approach, engaging directly with Executives and senior leaders to support strategic recruitment activities across industries such as community services, building and construction, technology, e-commerce and retail, health, agribusiness, education, and professional services. Joining u&u Recruitment Partners in 2024, Ashleigh was excited to specialise in Human Resources, focusing on opportunities that influence and support the delivery of key people strategies.
