Ben leads a highly experienced team of consultants. Like any IT pro, he’s keen on building connections and keeping them running along nicely.

He has in excess of 15 years' experience in IT recruitment in Brisbane, and prior to joining u&u, he managed the Queensland operation of information technology for a large international recruitment business. Before his recruitment career, Ben spent a decade in network engineering roles. This experience has provided him with unique insight into the growth that business can achieve through the right technology people.

Ben possesses an exceptional ability to identify the right talent for his clients and the right roles for his candidates.
