Cass commenced her career in the recruitment industry fifteen years ago, working for a global recruitment company. Prior to u&u, Cass has experience recruiting across the Australian and UK markets, predominately in the administration and healthcare sectors. She has recruited across high-volume administration temporary roles and has also managed international recruitment campaigns.
