She's adept at various recruitment methodologies, including internal, contract, permanent, volume, project, and partial services. Committed to building skilled and diverse workforces, she enjoys connecting people with potential opportunities.
Celine began her career as a successful small business entrepreneur, earning national recognition for two retail brands. After gaining a bachelor’s degree in international relations (Business), Celine gained pivotal experience as a Trade Adviser within Austrade Paris and then the French Trade Commission in Sydney. Moving into the private sector, and back to Brisbane, Celine excelled as a Business Manager for five years at Apple, driving sales and leading high-performance teams in Queensland.
Since transitioning to HR and Recruitment management 6 years ago, Celine has led international teams, developing workforce planning strategies for private and government sectors. She's known for her expertise in employee relations, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Celine is a certified Disability Confident Recruiter and qualified Return-to-Work Coordinator.
With significant experience in managing and contributing to bulk merit-based state and federal recruitment projects, Celine has intimate knowledge and understanding of the unique nature of government recruitment requirements. Recent projects include the Australian Border Force volume trainee recruitment program and Australian Electoral Commission volume election campaign program.
Beyond work, she is dedicated to community engagement, and has led volunteering initiatives like the Apple Community Champion program in QLD. Celine is also passionate embedding multicultural principles within business practices, representing u&u. as a Multicultural Ambassador to the Queensland Government.

The best advice you’ve been given: When making an important decision, ask yourself “does it feel heavy, or does it feel light”. I often use this question to make sure my decisions align with my values.
What would tell your younger self when finding your first job?: I would tell myself about the importance of believing in one's work and its positive impact on others. Choose roles that align with these principles, and you will always love what you do.
