Chad started his recruitment career with a large, listed, multinational recruitment firm and developed swiftly through the business.
Chad has covered a wide range of specialist markets over 15 years of recruiting across Sydney, London, Abu Dhabi and Singapore. The main disciplines covered through his career have been Compliance, Risk, Accounting, Sales, HR and Exec. Whilst he currently leads the NSW business across two offices, Chad’s current specialism is Exec (GM/CEO/MD) hires and senior Human Resources market.
'Service over Sales’ has always been the motto that Chad has lived by and believes that a focus on delivering an exceptional level of service with all clients is the best way to build the brand of a business. Chad leads the consultants in the NSW business to constantly look to deliver exceptional experiences for candidates and clients and seek to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
