Since starting his recruitment career in 2007, Chris has successfully filled more than 750 permanent sales, and sales leadership, positions with organisations ranging from SMEs to global corporates, not for profits and government owned corporations. Chris has also worked across a broad range of industries including industrial & mining services, building products, consumer goods, technology & software, retail, medical, agriculture and not for profit, to name a few.

Chris has a deep understanding, but at the same time enjoys continually learning about the key skills and personality traits that make an individual successful in both transactional and complex selling environments, across a wide range of sales environments and industries.

Chris also enjoys the variety and complexity that comes with understanding client and candidate, needs, wants and goals, and then takes pride in matching these, while also offering valuable insights to both parties.
