Danielle is our Partner in Health, Safety & Environment at u&u Recruitment Partners.She has an incredibly wide network of connections that have been fostered over many years, with an in-depth knowledge of the industry and roles she recruits for.

Danielle has over 16 years’ experience within recruitment and human resources, firstly working internally within oil & gas and financial services organisations before moving to u&u to specialise in Health, Safety & Environment and Human Resources.

She has recruited and placed over 1,000 roles in the HSE and HR space whilst at u&u, in contract and permanent capacities. She prides herself on building a strong rapport with her candidates and clients by understanding their needs and pain points, which means she can get the best out of the recruiting process for all parties.

Danielle is known for her exceptional customer service focus, long standing relationships and speed of turnaround. She brings a whole lot of “oomph” to our HSE and HR team.
