Declan is a Principal in our Technical team, specialising in recruiting engineers within the water, power and industrial sectors. Since starting his recruitment career in 2016, Declan has supported private and public sector clients in recruiting roles across technical design, delivery, asset management, and general management.

Additionally, Declan has broad experience supporting clients with project hires, acting as an extension of their internal recruitment team to deliver volume hiring outcomes that meet organisational goals.

With more than a decade of experience, Declan has built a significant pool of engineering candidates who prefer short-term contracts. As such, he has had considerable success helping clients mobilise teams to meet project requirements in short timeframes.
