Erica is an executive recruiter who partners with public and private sector organisations to appoint CEOs, Directors and Executives across a broad range of functions and industries. Since starting her recruitment career in 2007, she has built a reputation for running considered, well-managed recruitment processes, backed by strong networks and a practical understanding of the Queensland market.

Alongside her executive search work, Erica has deep knowledge of the corporate affairs profession. She recruits mid-level leaders through to senior executives across corporate affairs, communications, government relations, stakeholder engagement, media, policy, change communications and investor relations. That understanding is particularly valuable for niche appointments, where she can assess not only leadership capability but whether a candidate brings genuine expertise in the discipline. This combination is increasingly relevant as more organisations treat corporate affairs as a board-level strategic function.

Erica founded and co-organises the Brisbane Corporate Affairs Network, established in 2019 to grow the profession in Queensland and build a community of practice among senior practitioners.

Erica takes a highly consultative approach with both candidates and clients, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations and a Graduate Certificate in Career Education and Development.
