Georgina is our Digital Content Manager at u&u. She is the person behind our voice online, from the first scroll-stopping hook to the story that makes someone want to join our team.

With six years in social media and digital marketing spanning beauty, wine and agency life, Georgina leads content and strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. Alongside the u&u brand, she runs our personal branding sessions, coaching consultants across Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Greater Western Sydney to build a presence on LinkedIn. She is also involved in internal communications and keeps the u&u brand consistent wherever people find us.

Georgina's approach is built on curiosity: understanding the audience, testing what actually works and creating content that earns attention rather than asking for it. She holds a Bachelor of Communication from Western Sydney University.

She is a firm believer in our value 'good things happen to good people' and gets a real kick out of watching a consultant land a conversation off the back of a post they were once nervous to publish!
