Hamish is a Business Manager for our Sydney office, responsible for leading multiple divisions across Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Client Services and Business Administration. 

Prior to joining u&u, Hamish worked in senior leadership positions for a listed recruitment business in Sydney. Hamish is highly motivated by the mantra of doing something greater than yourself. His philosophy and approach to leadership is therefore about coaching and empowering others to realise their potential. Through his personal and professional life, Hamish has developed a competitive thirst for high achievement and success. He is someone who won’t settle for second best and as a result is constantly chasing best practice for his clients, colleagues and himself. 

In addition to being a business leader, Hamish specialises in recruiting all roles across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Work Health & Safety.
