Helly is an Associate within u&u’s Human Resources recruitment team, where she is known for her warm, people-first approach and love of building genuine connections.

Helly commenced her recruitment career in 2022 in the UK, recruiting across Marketing & Advertising sectors, before transitioning into the HR space. As an Associate at u&u, she focuses on our early careers through to HR Business Partner–level roles, partnering with clients across a broad range of sectors. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience, which allows her to bring an analytical yet deeply human perspective to her work.
