Jack is a Senior Associate in u&u’s IT division, recruiting for both contract and permanent roles across the technology space.

He brings six years of recruitment experience, partnering with some of Australia’s largest enterprise companies across banking, insurance, mining, healthcare and media to build strong technical teams.

Jack’s approach is straightforward and relationship-driven. Before moving into recruitment, he worked as an insurance broker, where listening first, gaining a full understanding, and working together to find the right solution was non-negotiable. That mindset has stayed with him throughout his career.

No two roles are the same, so Jack doesn’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. He takes the time to understand the role, the business, and what success genuinely looks like for everyone involved.

Jack also focuses on building connections before roles even appear. By engaging early, he can share upcoming opportunities, including off-market roles, and ensure the right fit for both candidates and clients. He prides himself on linking talented people with the right organisations ahead of the market.
