James is a Principal in the Accounting & Finance division at u&u Melbourne. He holds a Bachelor of Business from Monash University as well as a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance.

With over 18 years’ experience in accounting, finance & executive recruitment, James has partnered with a diverse range of multinational, privately-held, for-purpose and ASX-listed businesses. He has a genuine desire to help identify, assess, select and appoint the highest calibre executive talent that will have a direct impact on an organisation’s effectiveness and performance. James has a passion for understanding business strategy and being innovative in delivering talent solutions that produce positive commercial outcomes.

In addition to search assignments, James provides broad consulting advice across salary benchmarking, market trends, sourcing and retention strategy and general talent management. James has also participated in executive selection panels, partnering with Boards and broader ELTs to ensure the best talent is appointed.
