Jess is the Partner leading the construction and property practice at u&u. She specialises in construction, property development, client-side project management, and facilities across a national portfolio. With a recruitment career since 2007, Jess has managed technical recruitment for construction and property roles, from large top-tier organisations to smaller boutique companies and everything in between, throughout Australia, with a strong focus on Queensland.

Over the years, Jess has always focused on business partnerships, candidate relationships and industry knowledge. She has immersed herself in industry organisations such as Property Council Australia, Urban Development Institute of Australia, and National Women in Construction to connect better with candidates, be more involved in her clients’ businesses, and better understand the ever-changing construction and property landscape.  

She understands what it takes to develop long-standing relationships, appreciates what her clients are looking for and takes the time to understand what her candidates need.
