As a Senior Associate - Government at u&u Recruitment Partners, Jess specialises in recruiting Human Resources, Industrial and Employee Relations, Procurement, Contract Management, Project Services, and Corporate Services professionals across Queensland.

Working in recruitment since 2021, Jess partners with departments, statutory authorities and government agencies to deliver temporary, contract and permanent recruitment solutions. She also recruits procurement professionals across the private sector, giving her experience across both government and commercial environments.

Through a consultative and relationship-driven approach, Jess works closely with clients and candidates to navigate the Queensland Government recruitment landscape and achieve successful outcomes. In addition to recruitment services, she supports clients with assessment centres, bulk recruitment projects and project-based recruitment initiatives, connecting high-calibre professionals with opportunities that support the delivery of critical public services across Queensland.

Before recruitment, Jess built her career in the aviation industry, working with organisations including Virgin Australia, Etihad Airways and Jetstar. This experience shaped her strong commitment to customer service, stakeholder engagement and delivering outcomes in fast-paced environments.
