Originally from Western Australia, Justin is tertiary qualified in Human Resources from Curtin University and brings 12+ years of diverse experience in agency recruitment, internal talent acquisition and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO).  Justin’s career spans global and nationally recognised recruitment consulting firms, management consulting, and the automotive sector with Jaguar Land Rover.

With an extensive network cultivated over the last decade, Justin specialises in connecting HR and HSE talent with global and ASX-listed brands, privately owned businesses in all sectors and various organisations across government, education, not-for-profit, and health.  Justin has managed over 400 successful processes across all levels of the generalist and specialist HR & HSE disciplines.

Throughout his career, Justin has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has built and managed successful recruitment teams.   This includes running a successful HR & HSE contracting business of 150 contractors per week.  As one of Victoria’s leaders in the HR & HSE recruitment landscape, Justin is proud that many of his candidates have become loyal clients, a testament to his reputation as a trusted advisor who prides himself on delivering an outstanding level of service.  

Justin hosts several events which range from HR leader roundtables to specialist guest speakers and general networking gatherings.  As a result, Justin has made an indelible mark across the HR community in Victoria.  

Justin is a dedicated husband and proud father to his 18-month-old daughter.  He is a lover of all things sport and has a passion for travel and adventure.
