Kaitlin has 6+ years in Finance recruitment across the Sydney and London Market. Starting her career in Sydney at a Global Recruitment firm, Kaitlin concentrates on qualified accountants from mid to senior level within the Financial Services space. Partnering with some of the most reputable and respected names in the market, Kaitlin’s aim is placing candidates with purpose. Her approach goes beyond recruitment, it is about building long-standing partnerships, expanding her network and helping individuals take the next meaningful step toward their dream career.

Having completed her bachelor’s degree at UTS in Sport & Exercise Science, Kaitlin walked the path of supporting professional Rugby and AFL athletes in Strength and Conditioning. She pivoted from the field into Corporate Partnerships, which is where her passion for client facing environments began.

Kaitlin has returned to Sydney to join u&u after three successful years working in London’s dynamic market. She is ready to expand her network further in Sydney’s finance community, building lasting relationships and helping professionals secure roles that advance their careers while supporting businesses in finding the right talent to drive success.
