What would you tell your younger self when finding your first job? I was fortunate to have realised my ‘Ikigai’ (before I knew there was a name for it, and when I looked at ‘Ikigai’ through the lens of an aspiring Economics student!) aligned perfectly with a career in professional recruitment! However, I would tell my younger self that progress matters more than perfection, and the more authentic you are the easier it is to build your personal brand.

If I had a superpower, it would be? The ability to translate anything instantly, complete with subtitles of contextual nuance

If you could live in someone else’s shoes for the day, who would it be? Probably my partners; so I can see all my blind spots, and gain a first-hand appreciation of everything that they do and know!

The best advice you’ve been given? If you don’t manage your own time/career, someone else will manage it for you in their own self-interest
