Based in Canberra, Laura is u&u’s Principal for the ACT.

Laura commenced her recruitment career in 2010 and joined u&u in 2016 to establish the NSW Technology and Transformation practice. In 2020, she relocated to Brisbane to support the growth of the flagship Queensland practice, before moving to Canberra in 2026 to expand u&u’s East Coast footprint through the establishment of our ACT offering.

Laura brings a wealth of knowledge and high energy to the team, and is highly regarded for her integrity, discretion and attention to detail. Her work is underpinned by a deep focus on understanding organisational context, workforce risk including immediate gaps in capability, and long-term business needs and objectives.

Throughout her career, Laura has supported large-scale workforce initiatives, including the in-sourcing , on-shoring  and establishment of various Technology and delivery functions. She has been a key contributor for high-volume recruitment programs, delivering over 100 appointments for a single client, and more than 60 for another, totalling more than 500 placements across her career to date.

Clients value the quality and efficiency of her delivery with standout feedback being her shortlist-to-placement conversion ratio.
