Lauren is u&u’s National Bid & Customer Solutions Manager, leading u&u’s Customer Solutions function, which encompasses bids and the broader solution lifecycle, from strategy and compliant submission through to implementation and ongoing optimisation. Her focus is ensuring every solution is aligned to client objectives and delivered with u&u’s high standards of quality and service.

Beyond submissions, Lauren ensures the solutions u&u promises are set up for successful delivery, giving teams the structure and support needed to deliver consistently strong outcomes. This includes strengthening processes and embedding the tools that enable a responsive, consistent, and informed experience for both clients and candidates.

Positioned at the intersection of strategy, operations, and client enablement, Lauren creates the resources and guidance that support consistent, high‑quality delivery for PSA clients, ensuring delivery stays true to what was committed at pitch.

With over 18 years’ experience in recruitment, Lauren is known for simplifying complex processes and developing practical approaches that lift quality and performance, ensuring the solutions u&u puts forward are not only deliverable, but continually improved.
