Prior to u&u, Louise has experience recruiting Legal Support Professionals across the New Zealand market, where she recruited for local Boutique firms as well as Mid-Tier, Top Tier and Global firms. Louise’s approach is highly consultative to both candidates and clients, and she believes in the value of building long lasting relationships.
