Lucinda is our Partner, Executive Search & Communications at u&u. It's safe to say she believes in doing search properly and perhaps even a little differently – following a consultative process that is both collaborative and human.

Lucinda has spent more than two decades in executive search, following an earlier career in strategic communications advising major consumer and corporate brands across Sydney, London and New York. For the past decade-plus she has led a specialist search practice focused on communications and corporate affairs, working primarily with global and independent Communication consultancies to source and secure senior/leadership talent.

Earlier in her search career, she co-founded a successful boutique executive search firm in London over eight years.

At u&u, Lucinda is building out our executive search capability across the C-suite, spanning CEO, COO, CSO, CCO and CPO appointments, whilst also continuing to play to her strengths and network in reputation, corporate affairs and brand public relations.

She takes a personal approach with both candidates and clients, believing the strongest placements come from real relationships, two-way conversations and sometimes even a sense of humour.

Lucinda holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing and International Communications) from the University of Technology Sydney.
