Madie is our Manager of Business Support at u&u and joins us following four successful years working at an award-winning business support recruitment agency.

Madie began her recruitment career in 2013 in London. She learned her craft recruiting business support roles for professional and financial service institutions and FTSE 100 companies in the fast-paced London market. In 2019 Madie took the plunge and travelled the world for 6 months where she covered a lot of ground before deciding to settle in Sydney and resume her recruitment career.

Madie has a key emphasis on building long term partnerships with both candidates and clients, doing so by providing a consultative approach and looking to always add value wherever possible.

Outside of work, Madie enjoys spending time taking adventures with her dog, Odin, and is working her way around the dog friendly beaches in NSW. In addition, she joys taking the opportunity to travel and experience new cultures where possible.
