Madison has a diverse background, having initially worked in Finance and Human Resources at a Network Engineering startup, where she quickly realised her passion for working with people. This led to a transition into a boutique technology recruitment agency, focusing on Government clients. Over 5.5 years, Madison played a key role in building their capability, before moving to a niche opportunity in financial risk and quantitative analytics recruitment, leveraging her economics degree.

After realising a strong connection to my technology and government roots, Madison returned to Government recruitment at u&u, where she's been able to optimise her extensive network of more than 5,500 LinkedIn connections. To date, Madison has successfully placed over 300 candidates, primarily in government roles within technology.

Madison has developed strong relationships across Federal, State, and Local Government, including within departments, agencies, and institutions. This extensive network allows her to collaborate effectively with both clients and candidates across the Australian Public Sector landscape.
