Niamh joined u&u in 2024 as People & Culture Manager and now leads the broader Corporate Services function, overseeing People & Culture, Facilities, IT, Procurement, and Legal. She brings a commercial lens and a people first approach to driving strategic priorities, operational efficiency and high performance across the business.

Originally from Ireland, Niamh relocated to Australia in 2023 and brings over seven years of experience across Financial Services, Technology, and Consulting. She began her career as a HR Graduate at Ireland’s largest bank and has since led large scale programs across leadership development, organisational effectiveness, and early talent.

Known for her clarity, pace and collaborative style, Niamh partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team to deliver real impact aligning people, operations and business outcomes.
