By degree and training, Nick is a consumer marketer, having spent the first 10 years of his career working for Unilever, Kellogg and PepsiCo [KFC] in marketing roles. He became a recruiter more than 25 years ago and has specialised in recruiting roles across all aspects of consumer marketing at all levels up to CMO.
During his recruitment career, he has personally interviewed almost 10,000 candidates, successfully completed just over 800 recruitment mandates, grown an extensive personal network and built a reputation for integrity and honesty. He has been a major shareholder and General Manager in 3 different recruitment businesses and been recognised with internal and client awards.
He has been a Judge in the Marketing Academy Scholarship programme since it was founded in Australia in 2013.
