I began my career in recruitment two years ago after completing my studies in Communication, Advertising, and Marketing in Ireland. With a strong foundation in communications and a genuine interest in people, I was naturally drawn to a career that combines both.

I started my recruitment journey with Randstad, specialising in placing candidates across local, state, and federal government roles. During this time, I recruited across marketing, digital, communications, and engagement-focused positions, developing a strong understanding of the public sector and its unique hiring needs.

Today, I focus on junior to mid-level communications roles, working closely with both clients and candidates to deliver tailored outcomes. I am passionate about building meaningful relationships and take pride in understanding what success looks like for both sides of the hiring process.
