Rebecca is the Chief Operating Officer at u&u, working in close partnership with CEO Craig Sneesby, and the broader leadership team, to drive both commercial and cultural growth.

She brings a broad executive skill set spanning sales, operations, finance, commercial strategy, and people leadership. Known for her clarity, empathy, and the belief that business should be both high-performing and human, Rebecca leads with purpose—and as much fun as possible.

After graduating from the University of Cambridge, Rebecca began her career in Marketing and Sales before moving into recruitment. Over the past 15 years, she has held senior leadership roles across founder-led, specialist, and global PLC recruitment firms. Her experience extends across multiple sectors and markets, and she has lived and worked across Asia—including Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Malaysia, and Japan. Her deepest market expertise, however, is in Australia.

A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Rebecca is committed to giving back to both industry and community. She is Vice Chair of the RCSA NSW Council and a proud mentor in the LUCY female graduate program at Macquarie University Business School.
