Richard is a Senior Associate in Sales, bringing over eight years of recruitment industry experience with a strong focus on the Commercial & Industrial Sales sector.

Known for his consultative style, Richard is dedicated to building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates through trust, open communication, and collaboration.

After arriving in Australia in early 2017, Richard quickly secured a sponsored role in industrial sales recruitment. Following nearly four rewarding years in that space, he expanded into technology recruitment, gaining valuable experience across a different market.

With the opportunity to return to his roots, Richard now leads the Sales Practice at u&u Recruitment Partners, overseeing all sales recruitment across Victoria and South Australia.

Richard is passionate about connecting exceptional people with outstanding opportunities. His approach focuses on genuinely understanding the unique needs of clients and candidates to deliver tailored, long-term hiring solutions.

He has partnered with global recruitment firms to support organisations in securing high-performing sales talent across industries.

Richard also holds a CIPD qualification in Human Resources, which has further strengthened his understanding of talent strategy and people leadership. This enables him to adopt a people-first, outcome-driven approach to consistently achieve successful results.
