A natural leader and genuine people-person, Sam has consistently delivered success by creating and nurturing high-achieving teams. Before joining u&u., he held a senior leadership role at a FTSE-listed recruitment firm, where he led the global legal search division comprising over 120 consultants.

Sam began his career as a lawyer at top-tier international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright, before transitioning into recruitment in 2009. A proud Victorian, he brings deep local networks and a wealth of hands-on experience across the international legal and executive search markets.
