A New Zealander by background, Sean practised law for four years with Simpson Grierson, specialising in intellectual property and technology law.

He brings more than 20 years’ experience in legal recruitment and has recruited legal professionals across New Zealand and Australia. Sean has placed lawyers and partners across all major Australian markets and supports hiring across the full seniority range, from junior lawyers through to partners.

Sean is also experienced in supporting law firm growth initiatives, including office openings and multi-partner lift-outs.
