After completing her degree, Tyler, a Sunshine Coast native, embarked on her professional journey as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a major Australian Supermarket. This role served as the stepping-stone for her transition into a Senior Internal Recruitment Consultant, overseeing the corporate portfolio for the second-largest private employer in Queensland.

Tyler has since pursued her passion in the Information Technology sector with u&u, assuming the role of Senior Associate in IT.

With a background in Psychology and a minor in Human Resource Management from the University of the Sunshine Coast, Tyler embodies a unique blend of expertise in human behavior and recruitment practices. Her ability to approach recruitment with a customer-centred mindset, rooted in an in-depth understanding of motivation and emotion, has become her signature strength. This prowess enables Tyler to take a holistic approach to the recruitment process, consistently delivering optimal matches between talent and opportunity.

In pursuit of continuous growth, Tyler is currently in the final years of her Bachelor of IT. This academic commitment reflects her dedication to staying abreast of the latest trends in the digital world. As a Senior Associate, Tyler leverages her accumulated knowledge in the IT industry and almost a decade's worth of strategic sourcing skills to excel in the dynamic and competitive IT recruitment landscape.
