Vy is a Recruitment Consultant at u&u, recruiting Marketing and Digital talent across government, construction, mining, engineering and infrastructure. She's the kind of person who remembers the details, and she'd rather have a real conversation than a quick one.

Vy started her recruitment career in November 2023 with a global recruitment company, looking after business support hiring for federal and state government departments across AO2 to AO5 roles. She now recruits Marketing and Digital on both permanent and contract assignments.

Having worked as a contractor herself before moving into a permanent role, Vy knows what it feels like on the other side of the process. It's why her approach is genuinely two-way: she takes the time to understand what candidates want from their next move and works with clients as a long-term partner rather than a one-off supplier. Before recruitment she worked in employment services and at a start-up, roles that shaped how she works with people today.
