Zali commenced her career in recruitment in 2022 after building a foundation in sales and marketing. She worked across a couple of sales and marketing roles, developing strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities.

Zali’s transition into recruitment allowed her to combine these strengths alongside her interest in helping others achieve their career goals. Prior to joining u&u, Zali specialised in recruiting across the Shared Services and Marketing space within a boutique agency.

This experience enabled her to partner closely with both candidates and clients, fostering trusted relationships built on collaboration, transparency, and long-term results. Now as part of u&u’s Business Support team, Zali will continue to focus on delivering a highly consultative and relationship-driven recruitment experience.
