It’s safe to say she’s cool under pressure and that she loves building connections.

Erica commenced her recruitment career in 2007 and has recruited across a range of sectors and role types. As Partner, Communications, she focuses on the recruitment of key talent in corporate affairs, communications, stakeholder engagement, media and policy. Erica is a co-organiser of the Brisbane Corporate Affairs Network and coordinates monthly events targeted at adding value to the communications sector. Erica’s approach is highly consultative to both candidates and clients and is enhanced by her Bachelor Degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Career Education and Development.
