Newly created roles to launch AI across enterprise level client. As the Senior AI Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering agreed AI and automation initiatives within established architecture, governance and delivery frameworks. The role exercises autonomy in day-to-day solution delivery, stakeholder engagement, configuration, build activities, testing, documentation and support handover.
This role contributes to solution design decisions, identifies risks and improvement opportunities and escalates significant design, security, privacy, governance or delivery issues where required. The role may support ICT governance processes by contributing to design documentation, technical assessments, implementation plans and change activities.
Technical Solution Delivery will include:
Accountable for configuring, building, testing and deploying AI-enabled solutions, automation workflows, agents and integrations against agreed requirements and designs;
Delivers solutions end-to-end — from build through to deployment, documentation and support handover - using Microsoft and enterprise platforms such as Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure services and related integration technologies;
Responsible for ensuring delivered solutions are reliable, secure, supportable and aligned to Council standards; and
Responsible for engaging business users to understand requirements and translate them into workable solution options and for supporting adoption through demonstrations, guidance and training.
AI agents, automation and intelligent solutions:
Responsible for building and maintaining AI agents, automated workflows and AI-enabled applications that meet agreed business requirements, applying established AI and automation patterns such as structured prompts, knowledge sources, workflow actions and human review points.
Contributes practical input on the safe use of Council information and systems within a solution and keeps pace with emerging AI and automation capability relevant to delivery;
Accountable for delivering solutions that meet Council's architecture, security, privacy, data governance and responsible AI requirements, including appropriate documentation, access controls and support arrangements;
Responsible for identifying and escalating risks relating to data, security, privacy, integration or supportability; and
Responsible for sharing configuration approaches, delivered solutions and lessons learned to build AI and automation capability across the team and business units.
