Maintaining strong internal controls, policies, and procedures.
About You
Degree-qualified in Accounting or Finance (CA / CPA desirable);
Background in public practice and/or Big 4, with experience in commercial environments;
Confident operating independently and building trusted relationships with senior leaders;
Strong technical grounding with a practical, commercial mindset;
Comfortable in a small, hands-on finance team;
High attention to detail and a calm, solutions-focused approach;
Collaborative leadership style with no ego; and
Enjoys improving systems and processes that are “good but not perfect”.
The Environment
Lean finance function with a capable Finance Officer in place;
Stunning offices in Brisbane CBD;
Considered, steady approach to decision-making;
Exposure to international stakeholders (UK / Europe); and
Stable, values-driven culture with a creative professional services setting.
What’s on Offer
Permanent, long-term opportunity;
