The Opportunity: This role is a pivotal part of the corporate office, providing a professional and welcoming first point of contact for guests, stakeholders, and team members. You’ll support the smooth operation of the office, contributing to a positive and efficient environment. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests, stakeholders, and team members professionally;
Manage incoming calls and email enquiries efficiently;
Maintain reception, meeting rooms, and common areas to a high standard;
Support day-to-day office tasks, including mail, supplies, and bookings;
Assist the administration team with diary management, basic IT support, and documentation; and
Help coordinate travel, meetings, and corporate events as required.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a receptionist or office administration role in a corporate setting;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong customer service focus;
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively;
Works confidently independently and as part of a team; and
Excellent organisational skills.
