We are working with our client to secure them a Front-End Developer who wants to be part of a growth and transition period to help establish and operate its own instance of a leading psychometric platform.   This is a great opportunity to work on a purpose-driven digital platform that supports real people, real outcomes, and the next generation of opportunity.

You’ll take ownership of the front end for a growing, mission-led platform used across education, employment and workforce programs, working in a startup-style environment with real autonomy and impact.

What you’ll be involved with:

You’ll own and grow the front-end of a modern SaaS platform, including:

• Building and maintaining React applications using modern JavaScript;

• Designing, delivering and supporting production-ready front-end solutions;

• Working closely with backend and DevOps teams on APIs, integrations and releases;

• Implementing automated testing, CI/CD and performance best practices;

• Ensuring accessibility, security and reliability across the platform; and

• Improving UI/UX as new features are released, including AI-driven functionality.

What you will bring:

We’re after someone who brings both strong technical skills and an ownership mindset.

You’ll ideally have:

• Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript (TypeScript a plus);

• End-to-end product delivery experience (startup or scale-up experience highly valued);

• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and front-end DevOps;

• Knowledge of accessibility, performance and secure front-end design;

• Confidence working autonomously in a remote or hybrid environment; and

• Experience delivering cloud-hosted SaaS platforms.
