About the opportunity
This is not your typical front desk role. As the Corporate Receptionist, you will act as the face of the business while also providing critical administrative support behind the scenes.
You will ensure the daily operations run smoothly, balancing client interaction with coordination, organisation and executive-level administration. The role suits someone who thrives in a refined, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional standard of service.
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking someone who is polished, proactive and highly organised, with a natural ability to make people feel welcome while keeping operations running seamlessly.
Key responsibilities
Provide a warm, professional welcome to all members, guests and stakeholders;
Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries with efficiency and discretion;
Coordinate appointments, bookings and shared calendars;
Maintain immaculate presentation of reception and foyer;
Support day-to-day office operations including document preparation and reporting;
Manage correspondence, deliveries and supplier coordination;
Maintain accurate databases, records and filing systems;
Provide administrative support across the business; and
Assist with event logistics.
You will bring:
1 – 2 years experience in a corporate reception, front-of-house or administrative role is essential;
A professional presence with excellent communication skills;
Strong organisational ability and attention to detail;
A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative;
Solid technical skills across Microsoft Office and general business systems; and
Candidates who are passionate about fitness, health and wellness, hospitality, or other client-centric environments will suit this setting.
