The Building Solutions division is a key part of this platform, delivering projects across education, healthcare, defence, resources, housing and social infrastructure. Operating within a national model, Fleetwood combines local delivery capability with centralised expertise across design, estimating, manufacturing and support services, providing scale, consistency and depth. In Victoria, the business operates in a mature and competitive market where delivery discipline and trusted relationships are critical.

The Role

The General Manager leads the Victorian business with full accountability for financial performance, operational outcomes and market engagement. The role spans the full value chain, from shaping sales strategy, driving ongoing business development and managing key accounts through to ensuring disciplined project delivery and execution. In a competitive market, there is a strong emphasis on customer excellence, pipeline conversion and maintaining control of risk and margin. Success requires effective integration with Fleetwood’s national Centres of Expertise across design, estimating, manufacturing and support services, ensuring consistency of delivery while responding to local market conditions. This is a hands-on leadership role across a complex and active portfolio.

The Person

You are an experienced P&L leader with a background in construction or building solutions, comfortable balancing commercial growth with disciplined delivery. You can drive growth without losing control of delivery and understand the balance between opportunity, risk and margin. You are decisive, steady and comfortable leading through complexity. You build alignment across teams and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
