About the Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, this newly available Sales Coordinator position will play a key role in coordinating the journey from order acceptance through to production and final delivery.
You will work across sales, production, procurement, inventory, suppliers and logistics, ensuring timelines are met, information is accurate and customers receive a high-quality experience.
This is a varied coordination role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, keeping multiple moving parts on track and working closely with stakeholders to get things done.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate orders from acceptance through production and final customer delivery;
Liaise with production teams to ensure builds meet required specifications;
Monitor production status, delivery timeframes and potential supply delays;
Coordinate suppliers, purchasing, inventory and post-production requirements;
Raise and process purchase orders and maintain accurate inventory records;
Prepare and review sales quotes, pricing and build documentation;
Track production through internal systems and maintain accurate records;
Coordinate fitments, branding and other post-production requirements;
Complete quality checks and support final invoicing processes;
Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders;
Identify opportunities to improve processes, pricing and supply arrangements; and
Support reporting, KPI tracking and general office administration.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an organised and commercially minded coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment.
You will ideally bring:
Previous experience in sales coordination, operations, administration, procurement or a similar role;
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills;
Confidence coordinating multiple stakeholders, suppliers and competing priorities;
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine can-do attitude;
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset;
The ability to understand processes, identify issues and follow things through to completion;
Experience working with ERP, inventory or production systems would be advantageous; and
An interest in manufacturing, production, logistics or supply chain would be highly regarded.
