About the role
 
Reporting to the Trade & Distribution Manager, the Senior Advisor Trade & Distribution is responsible for supporting the development and management of all distribution channels relevant to the tourism sector in Brisbane. The position will focus on building and maintaining relationships with Key Distribution Partners and industry stakeholders to ensure Brisbane is top of mind with the trade, with the ultimate goal of increasing inbound visitation and spending. This exciting and varied role will also see you attending and supporting key industry and trade events, assisting in the development of famil programs and supporting the distribution of training and education programs that showcase and promote Brisbane’s tourism landscape.

About you 
 
This is an exciting opportunity to join BEDA, a people and team focused organisation where you can play an important and active part in shaping Brisbane’s inbound tourism landscape.  The position would suit a highly motivated and energetic individual who brings a clear passion and 5+ experience within the tourism sector, preferably with a strong knowledge and understanding of the trade distribution area.  You will be customer focused, self-motivated and collaborative and enjoy building long term client relationships and partnerships, that lead to ongoing growth and success of Brisbane’s tourism sector.
