About the Role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of significant commercial construction projects valued up to $50 million. Based in Brisbane and working across a varied portfolio, you will lead projects spanning commercial, retail, health, industrial and government sectors offering genuine diversity in your day-to-day work.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • End-to-end project management from pre-construction through to practical completion;

  • Managing project budgets, programmes and risk across multiple concurrent projects;

  • Leading and mentoring site-based teams including site managers, supervisors and subcontractors;

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders;

  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards; and

  • Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all WHS requirements.

This is a role where you will have genuine autonomy, strong support from senior leadership and the opportunity to make a real impact.
 
About You

You are an accomplished Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in commercial construction and the drive to deliver exceptional outcomes. You bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in a Senior Project Manager role within the commercial construction industry in Australia;

  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects up to $50M across commercial, retail, health, industrial, or government sectors;

  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (highly regarded);

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, programmes and subcontractor relationships;

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels;

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and safety; and

  • Full working rights in Australia.
